OCR Text	Show E. S. ROLAPP RETURNS HOME Enill S. Rolapp or the Amalgamated Sugar company has returned after a week spent on the coast. Mr. Rolapp vlBited La Grande and Portland, Ore., and other places in that part of country, attending to business matters connected with his company. He states that business conditions are favorable and that moet of the business men of the country anticipate great activity as soon aB the presidential campaign is over. A few weeks ago, Mr. Rolapp states, California was threatened with drouth, but today tho prospects are exceedingly exceeding-ly bright for this season's crops. Recently Re-cently there has been much rain, in tho Golden state. V
