NOTICE OF INTENTION Notice Is hereby given by the Hoard of Commissioners of Ogdcn City, j Utah, of the intention of said Board ' of Commissioners to make the following fol-lowing improicments, to-wit:- To lav out, establish and open a public street, to be named "Porter Avenue." North and South thiough parts of Lots 10, 11 and 12, Block i. South Osdcn Survey of Ogden City Survey, said avenue lo be 60 feet I wide, being 33 feet in width on the East side of the center line of said ' Porter Avcmio as now opened and I dedicated In Woodmausce's Main Street Addition a.id 33 feet In width on the West side of said center line, 'running North ard South the whole distance between 30th Street and 31st Street. Tho estimated cost of said Im-provement Im-provement Is 5GG0.00. Tho district hereby declared to be benefited and affected by said improvement im-provement is the wholr of the said avenue to be opened and now opened between 30th and 31st Streets, and a strip of land 5f feet in width on either eith-er and both sides of said avenue when opened as proposed and abutting thereon. For the payment of the costs and expenses of making said improvements improve-ments the said Board of Commissioners Commission-ers intend lo Iey and collect special and local taxes and assessments upon tne lots, parts of lots, apd pieces of ground abutting upon the said ae- I nue and adjacent thereto, and upon the land lyins and being within the boundaries of the district hereby created and declared to be benefited by reason of said improvement.
