Show WOMAN SAYS SB'WAS EJECTED In a suit filed1 in the district court today, Mrs. IV. M. Crowe asks for damages from the Consolidated Wagon Wag-on & "Machine company In the sum of $500, for being ousted from premises sho claims to have leased of the defendant de-fendant company at Brigham City. The plaintiff says that she leased a frame house of tho defendant company com-pany at Brigham City, November 1, 1910, at ?1G a month, and that, after she had lived in the place all winter, she received notice that she must vacate va-cate the premises within 30 days. Sho could not accomplish this, Bhe says, and the company permitted the Baker Lumber company of Brigham City to como upon tho place and build long lumber sheds and to erect other buildings build-ings that were damaging to her Interests. In-terests. Mrs. Crowe also relates that the defendant de-fendant company had tho electric wires cut so fhat she could not use tho lights and that sho was ruthlessly ordered away froni the placo before the first of May, 1911. |
