Show SEN. CLAPP WILL BE HEARD Salt Lake, Sept. 5. Salt Lake tomorrow to-morrow night will hear expounded the latest Ideas in Republicanism, -when Senator Moses E. Clapp of Minnesota will deliver a lecture at the Garrick theater. Senator Clapp Is renowned as a political orator of clear-cut Ideas and n wonderful personal magnetism. The exact tirao of the arrival of the distinguished statesman in not known, but he Is expected to reach Salt Lake soverol hours before the hour set for his lecture, which will be5in at S o'clock.
