Show WASHINGTON WITHOUT ADVICES WASHINGTON, April 14. The war department up to 12:30 o'clock this morning had received no advices that American troops hod crossed the border at Douglas, Arizona. Both Gen. Wood, chlof of staff, U. S. A., and Secretary of "War Dickinson had re- tlrod when news of American Intervention Interven-tion reached here. MEXICO CITY, April 13. Mexican officials who could be reached tonight with the account of the capture of Agua Prieta and of the part taken by the American troop3, declined to make any statement pending the receipt of the official account of the affair. |
