Show oo FORMER BODY SERVANT OF JAIL SENTENCES FOR THEFT. Provo, April 13 Hyrum Gillies, A. J. Roese and Joseph Gillies each entered en-tered picas of guilty to petit larceny In Justice K. L. Jone's court today and were sentenced to the county jail. Hyrum Gillies to thirty days and the other two to seventy days each. The men wero accused of stealing a quantity of beer from a box qar belonging to tho Denver & Rio Grando Railroad company at Genpva. Roese and Joseph Gillies were rrjso charged wtih stealing and butchering a cow belonging to W. H. Chipman of American Am-erican Fork. Jacob Westfall was sentenced to thirty days in the county Jail for knowingly hnvlug stolen property In his possession, to which he had en-' tored a plea of guilty.
