Show DON PHILIPPINI AT LAGOON. H Don Philippini, ono of the world's H greatest bandmasters, opens an en- H 'gagemont at the Lagoon on Tuesday, H Juno 27, with his famous Italian band M of 46 pieces. His return to the Lagoon H this season is welcomed by those who M love good music, and the management H of the resort is to bo congratulated for Hl securing the band as a special musical H attraction. When the band was first H introduced at Lagoon last night, Don Hi Philippini made a decided hit. The H concerts will be held in the new band- H stand in the middle of the beautiful M Lagoon grounds. The afternoon re- H cltal will be held at 4:15 o'clock and H the evening performance at 7.15 M o'clock. H As a conductor of band concerts, H Don Philippini ranks easily among tho H ' foremost In the country.
