Show BICYCLES To see the bicycles about town one would think that every youngster has one, and we suppose a good many adults have one too. Unquestionably every boy and girl should have one but the ownership of a bike should involve some responsibility. Many times we have seen a youngster ride to his destination and just drop his wheel where he stops, not thinking of the annoyance it is to the passerby. Not only is it an annoyance but to the aged it is a danger. dan-ger. A pedestrian should not be forced to dodge here and there to avoid tripping over a bicycle. Owners should at least park his wheel off the lane of traveling people and whenever possible, it should be left standing rather than laying upon the ground. |
