Show NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT Honey Boy Mining Company, with its principal place of business busi-ness at Milford, Utah; NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on the 11th day of July, 1940, an assessment of one-half one-half cent per share was levied on the capital stock of the Honey Boy Mining Company, payable on or before the 12th day of August, 1940, to George Jefferson, Treasurer Treas-urer of the said Corporation, at his office in the Jefferson Block, in the Town of Milford, County of Beaver, State of Utah. Any stock upon which this assessment remains re-mains unpaid on the said 12th day of August, 1940, will be delinquent and advertised f-or sale at public auction, and unless payment is made before will be sold on the 2Sth day of August, 1940, to pay the delinquent assessment,, together to-gether with the cost of advertising advertis-ing and expenses of sale.
