L. M. Also, commencing at the southwest corner of the northwiost quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 31, Township 29 South of Range 8 West, S.L.M. thence west 2285 feet, north 41 degrees de-grees 45 min. east 686 feet, north 28 degrees 49 min. east 248 feet, north 80 degrees east 611.9 feet, north 88 degrees de-grees 30 min. east 409.6 feet, south 73 degrees 25 min. east 558.9 fee, north 81 degrees 19 min. east 371 feet to east boundary line of said northwest north-west quarter of northeast quarter, thence south 841 feet to beginning.
