Show NAVAJO LAKE ICE FOUR FEET THICK Carl, Homer and Reed Jones, Otto Fife and Ted Collier spent two days at Xavajo lake last week, having made the trip, pricipally as a skiing excursion. Proof of a great amount of snow in the mountains were brought back in the form of moving pictures and camera studies. The main lodge and cabins at the lake were almost completely covered with snow, and measurements revealed that the lake was coverd with four feet of ice and seven feet of snow. Iron County Record. |
