Show Farm News-Notes By LEW MAR PRICE County A Rent Director Peterson Visits County William Peterson, director of the Extension Service, U. S. A. C, spent Monday and Tuesday of this week in Beaver county. The primary object of the trip was to look over the pumping district of the Milford Flat, and to advise regarding a phosphate fertilizer deposit out from Beaver. Director Peterson was impressed with the development that has taken place on the Flat, and advised that a jcrop map of the entire district be jmade in the near future. : Regarding the fertilizer deposit, he advised the outcropping that appeared ap-peared to carry the highest percentage percent-age of the phosphates and recommended recom-mended that it be opened up to see just what is present. |
