To total cost of said improvements is estimated at $5837.40 to be raised by local assessment. All protests and objections to the carrying car-rying out of such intention must be presented in writing stating therein the lot and block or other description of property to the Town Clerk on or before be-fore the 26th day of July, A. D., 1915, being the time set by the said Board of Trustees when it will hear and consider such protests and objections as may be made thereto.
