OCR Text	Show HUERTA SPENDS FOURTH IN JAIL Placed in Cell on Charge of Conspiracy Conspir-acy to Violate Neutrality Laws. El Paso. General Victoriano Huer-ta, Huer-ta, of whom Rear Admiral Mayo demanded de-manded a salute to the United States flag, spent the anniversary of American Ameri-can independence in the county Jail here. Imprisoned with him were three former Mexican generals and two commanders of the former executive. They had' been placed in cells late Saturday on charges of conspiracy to violate the neutrality laws in attempting attempt-ing to launch a revolutionary movement move-ment in Mexico, after failing to secure se-cure bond.
