A Farewell Party A pleasant farewell party was given Mrs. F. L. Copening anc children last Saturday night al the Delta Opera House. A large number of her friends and Co-workers in public affairs were in attendance and a jollj good time was had. Dancing, recitations and music was indulged in-dulged in and some choice selections selec-tions were rendered by members of the party. Those who rendered ren-dered selections were: Mesdames Rigby, Mrs. Hook, Mrs. Bjrin son, Mrs. Lackyard, Miss Ethe Iverson. Mr. J. H. Cook playec old time dances. Mrs. Copening goes to Prove for the winter where her daugh ten will enter school and pursu their musical training. Mrs Copening is one of Delta's mos public-spirited and prominen civic workers and will be greatlj missed from among us.
