Show Notice to Water Users State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, Sept. 2nd 1915. Notice is hereby given that Jean H. Bakeman, vhose post office address is Los Angeles, Cali. las made application in accordance with the re-uirements re-uirements ot the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, is ammended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, .911 and 1915, to appropriate two hundred 200) cubic-feet of water per second from the i Sevier River, Millard County, Utah. Said wat- ; :r will be diverted at a point which lies 271.1 eet east and 189.9 feet south of the northwest orner of Section 34, Township 17 south, Range r west, Salt Lake base and meridian, and con-reyed con-reyed by means of a ditch and old river bed , or a distance of 95.040 feet and there used rom, anuary 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each 'ear, to irrigate 16.000 acres of land embraced . n Sections 2, 8, 9, 16, 17, 20, 21, 22, 26, 27, . 29. 32, 33, 34. 35 and 36, township 17 outh, Range 9 west and sections 2, 3, 4, 6; 9, 0. 11, 15, 26, 27, 28, 32, 34, 35 and 36, rownship 18 south, Range 9 west, Salt Lake tase and meridian.
