A coalition cab- - inet will be formed in its stead. Some - of the former ministers will have posts in the new cahient. The reorganization of the cabinet, which is expected to bring with it an increase in the number of representa- - tives by ten, five of whom are to come from the duma, follows the demand of the majority of the duma, consisting consist-ing of liberal and progressive members, mem-bers, for a number of reforms, among which seven are very prominent.
