Lots of Land being Cleared The fact that the Delta Land & Water Co. is clearing, plowing and seeding 1780 acres of land for parties purchasing land from them is very clear evidence that there will be a large number of newcomers on their project soon and that a great deal more land will be under cultivation next year than this. There are many settlers coming in other than those who are having the company comp-any do their work and who expect ex-pect to do their own field work. There will probably be a fourth or fifth more acreage in cultivation cultiva-tion next year than this and we can conscientiously say "Watch Delta Grow."
