OCR Text	Show The Smith Case. In the case of the County vs Sheriff Thomas Smith, In which he Is charged with malfeasance In oillce, a demurrer was argued before Judge Maughan yesterday. The attorneys for the defendant de-fendant argued that Innsmuch as tho case pending Is of a crimlnlal character, char-acter, only one charge should be alleged al-leged In the complaint, and further that Cache county should not act as plaintiff, but rather a citizen of the county. The case was taken under advisement.
