SMITH Histcxy tour slated in September A special history and political science study-travel tour to Washington D.C. is being offered September 3-15 by Southern Utah State College. "The tour is a practical trip in government and history designed to provide up to four hours college credit, but it is also offered of-fered on a non-credit basis," Corrin G. "We're in touch with our congressmen who have helped arrange vip tours to historical and governmental sites and including visits to sessions of Congress and the Supreme Court in Washington," Nielson said.
