Show NOTICE OF SALE By virtue of an execution, issued out of and under the seal of the District Court in and for the County of Beaver, State of Utah, upon a judgment rendered and docketed in the said court on the 8th day of November, 1972, in an action wherein Morgan Barlow is Plaintiff, and Frank D. Gentry is Defendant, in favor of the said Plaintiff and against the said Defendant for the sum of $2,249, which execution was directed and delivered to me, as sheriff in and for said County of Iron, I have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the said Defendant in and to the following descirbed real property, to-wit: All of Section 16, and Lot 1 of Section 7, T31S, R6W, SLB&M. Also, the NWV4SE4, SW.4NEU, S'iNW4, SEV4SE',4, NEI4SE1.4 Section 15, T31S, ROW, SLB&M. Also, NE"4SEi4 Section 11, and Lots 1, 2 and 8, SW4NEU, NWV4SEV4 and NE'4SWi4 Section 12, T31S, R7W, SLB&M. Also N'2, N2S-2, SE'4SE'.4, SW4SW'4 Section 16, T31S, 117 W, SLB&M. Also Commencing at SW Corner SWViiSEU Section 16, T31S, R7W, SLB&M; running thence North 676 ft. ; N44deg. 47' East 907 ft; East 681 ft; South 80 rods; West 80 rods to place of beg. Also, Commencing at SW corner SE' 1SW4 Section 16, T31S, R7W, SLB&M; running thence East 508.3 ft; N 44 deg. 47' East 1158 ft; North 502 ft; West 80 rods; South 80 rods to place of beg. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that I, the undersigned Sheriff as aforesaid, will sell the above-described above-described real property to the highest bidder, for cash, at public auction at the Iron County Courthouse, in the City of Parowan, County of Iron, State of Utah, on Friday the 7th day of March, 1975, at 12:00 o'clock (noon) of the day, to satisfy the said execution, together with interest and costs thereon.
