Further information can ne obtained by contacting Mr. Lester Jones, assistant professor A workshop on mental retardation and the state-wide Citizen Advocacy project sponsored by the Iron, Heaver County Chapter of the Mental Retardation Association of Utah will be held at 3:00 p.m., March 5, on the campus of Southern Utah State College. Dennis Seals, a former Cedar City resident, will conduct the workshop. Anyone interested in mental retardation or volunteer service is encouraged to attend. The Advocacy concept is defined by Mr. Seals as "a citizen or group working With a retarded individual on a personal basis.
