Show Registration tonight Variety Key in Adult Education offering Other scheduled classes are: Tuesday nights: Cake Decorating at 7:30 by Larene Bradshaw. Automotive Tune-up at 6:30 by Keith Parke class with two exceptioas. Ladies P.E. will be $2.50 if 20 or more ladies enroll. Ceramics fees will be $10.00 which includes cost of materials. No fees will be collected registration night. For additional informatiurf, students are invited to contact Marian Hahne at 586-8994. A large and varied selection of subjects is being offered this quarter in Community School Adult Education, according to Marian Hahne, Adult Education Coordinator. Registration is being held Thursday, Jan. 16, from 7 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. at the Cedar High School Lunch Room. Two classes this year are completely new offerings by the District and are request classes. Humanities, by Harold Shirley of the High School faculty will cover a social-cultural approach to History dealing with art, music, literature, philosophy and related areas of knowledge. Karate, an approach to family self defense will be taught by Henry Molifrea who is a well known karate expert of this area. It will enroll families not just adults. Ceramics at 7 p.m. by John Pensis. Wednesday nights: Basic Sewing at 7:30 p.m. with Dorothy Clark. Ladies P.E. with Vicki Ingrum at 7:00. Furniture Re-Finishing at 7:00 with Ronald LeFevre. Humanities at4:30 with Harold Shirley. Karate at 7:00 with Henry Molifrea. Thursday nights: Art for Fun at 7:30 with Mike Webster. Drapery Making at 7:00 with Nida Childs. Ceramics at 7:00 with John Pensis. Knitting at 7:00 with Audry Duncan. Ceramics classes will begin in mid-February. On January 27 an Upholstery class will begin in cooperation with the Extension Services. Interested students are invited to contact Marva Esplin at the Extension Office. A mini-class in Landscaping is being planned to begin in March. Registration fees are $5.00 per |
