Show Basketball Tournament continues Wednesday in Parovan Utah Stake PAROWAN . Exciting action has been the rule for church ball games held during the past week. Tournament play this week will be on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Winners will advance to regioa Playoffs game times are 7:00, 8:00 and 9:00 p.m. Results and high point honors for last weeks action are as follows: Parowan first Young Adults (YA) 69, Parowan Third 58. Top scorer was Mark Orton of the First with 29 points. Enoch First, Seniors 64, Enoch Second Seniors 62. Bruce May with 28 and Phil Bend with 17 were tops for the First with Roger Hilliard scoring 28 and Delton Campbell 16 in a losing cause for the Second. Enoch First, YA, 89, Enoch 2nd YA 68. Pacing the victors was Gary Woolsey with 33, Arlen Fillerup with 28 and Steve Hollo with 16. Jan Memmott was tops for the game with 44 for the Second and Dwain LyonHad 20. Summit 55, Parowan First, mixed 42. Leading the Summit attack was Mark Deiley with 20 followed by Doug Horck with 18. In a losing effort Randy Carter had 18 and George Haley scored 14. Parowan Third Mixed 61, Parowan Second, mixed 52. Dennis Lowder with 19 and Jay Graff with 17 paced the Third Ward attack. Ken Peay had 13 and Robert Rasmussen 8 for the Second Ward. Parowan First Seniors scored 100 to defeat the Enoch Seniors 100 to 50. For Parowan Russell Shirts was tops with 26 followed y by Reed Thorton with 25, David ; Jensen with 13 and Ron Smith, :; Bob Tobler and Gary Carter, all with 12. For the losers Bruce May was tops with 14 followed by ?. Elvin Cox with 13 and Phil Bead with 10. Parowan Second Mixed 68, Parowan First Mixed 41. Frank Burton and Ken Peay were tops for the victors with George Haley with 10 and Dennis Orton and Randy Carter each scoring eight for the First Ward. Paragonah 72, Summit 50, Gary Lamoreaux had 22, Greg Topham 16, David Lamoreaux 15 and David Robinson 13 for the victors. Pacing the Summit crew was Mark Dalley with 28 and Danny Condie with 12. Enoch First YA 81, Enoch Second YA 58. Arlen Fillerup was top scorer with 27 followed by Gary Woolsey with 23 and Gary Wilcken with 18.
