Show Hatch to speak Embley, all members of the graduating class. Welcome will be by President Robert Blattner, Chairman of the Semianry : ! Conrad V. Hatch, Regional f Representative for the .' Church of Jesus Christ .of Latter-day Saints, will be the ; guest speaker at the 1979 l Cedar Senior Seminary graduation held at the Cedar I Stake Center Saturday, May I 19. The exercises a re slated to begin at 8 p.m. i Youth speakers for the i exercises are Gary Olds, ; Nancy Adams, and : seminary president Brian Graf. Jerry Simon, who ; served an LDS mission in Cedar City will return to sing and speak at the graduation services. - A total of 89 students will j receive four year cer-; cer-; tificates of completion. Another four students will : receive four year cer-: cer-: tificates, three will receive two year certificates and one a one year certificate. Invocation will be offered . by Joseph Salas, the : benediction will be by Craig CONRAD V HATCH Board of Education. Graduates will be presented by Jseph Walker, Seminary Principal and the diplomas will be presented by stake and ward representatives. Sherrie Hall and Marsha Kupfer will sing a vocal duet, "Like Unto Us", accompanied ac-companied by Caroleen Campbell and prelude and postlude music will be played by Cathy Mitchell. The public is invited to attend. |
