Show First Security awards Scholarships mm i in. i iiunimuniii p i Hum i il i The First Security Foundation has awarded $650 in scholarships and library grants to Southern Utah State College. Francis W. j Betenson, vice president and I Manager, First Security Bank of Utah, Cedar City Branch, presented SUSC I President Royden C. Braith-waite Braith-waite with the Foundation gift this week. The contribution to SUSC includes $250 scholarship for a student majoring in business and finance, ; another $250 scholarship for a student majoring in agriculture, and a $150 grant to the SUSC Library. The First Security Foundation has awarded a total of $429,523 in scholarships and grants to Utah and Idaho colleges and universities and to 4-H and Future Farmer clubs since ; its founding in 1952. SUSC has been receiving Foundation Foun-dation contributions since 1955, Betenson said.
