Show Cedar "B" League in 4th Week of Play Cedar Junior High starting at 6:30 p. m. and Industrial "A" League on Thursdays at the Junior High also at 6:30 p.m. Three games are played each night and are open to the public with no admission charged. Cedar Recreation's Industrial In-dustrial "B" League just concluded its fourth week of play and while two teams have definitely established their claim to the league lead all six teams are enjoying en-joying some exciting basketball. The league leaders are Bettridge Distributing and Blackburn and Gower both with perfect 4-0 records. These two teams will meet next Wednesday at 7:45 p. m. at the Junior High. The Industrial "B" League is set up to accomodate ac-comodate businesses interested in-terested in sponsoring a team but without enough employees able to field a team. These businesses are able to recruit outside players as long as half their roster is made up of employees em-ployees of the sponsoring firm. Cedar Recreation sponsors spon-sors three leagues with the Open League on Tuesday at the High School beginning at , 7:30 p.m. Industrial "B" League on Wednesday at the |
