We appreciate Marsha Perkins for sharing , this. . 1 . PUMPKIN BREAD Make a well of the following dry ingredients: ' ' V f' 3V2 C flour , , ; 55 tsp' soda ' ' ' V-t tep. salt ' . I tsp cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg . 3 cups sugar In .the well, add the following: , 1 cup oil 4 eggs .' 2-Srd cup water ';2r cups , soft pumpkin or banana squash. (Cook the pumpkin or ; squash well and mash) Mix well and poor into greased and floured pans fill about half fuin. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. |
