Show t" ' "x ? '& Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Clark Clark's 50th Anniversary The children of Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Clark will honor their parents for their 50th wedding anniversary this coming week. Friends of : Mhe Clarks are invited to an open house in the SUSC iumilv I.ivintf Pentpr State College. She was chairman of the Elementary - Education Department at SUSC at the time of her retirement. She is now a member of the Iron County School Board and is teaching part time at SUSC. 1 . , Sunday, October 30, from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. The family requests no gifts. The Wilford Clarks moved to Cedar City in 1943. Wilford Clark was a science teacher at Cedar High School for many years and worked for the U.S. Forest Service and National Park Service during the summers. Dr. Gwyn Clark taught in the old Cedar West Elementary, Cedar High School, and Southern Utah Both Wilford and Gwyn have been active in the L.D.S. Church and have held various positions in the wards in which they have lived. ,Mr. and Mrs. Clark have four children: Mrs. Edwin (Sharon) Leigh, Cedar City; Dr. Robert W. Clark, Las Vegas, Nevada; Dr. Ralph H. Clark, Albuquerque, N.M. and Mrs. William P. (Linda) Hamm, Anchorage, Alaska. The Clarks have 11 grandchildren. |
