Show Services held for former residents .,-y . . i:f'' j W " ;f -i i - - in Cedar City and during her early married life, lived in Cedar City. The three ladies were In the area to attend the Utah Shakespearean Festival and were sightseeing near Zion National Park when the accident ac-cident occured. The car, driven driv-en by Mrs. Petty hit a cement abuttment. Mrs. Petty is survived by her husband; and four children, child-ren, all of Salt Lake City. Children are Mrs. Rachel Lunt, Mrs. Norma Strasser, Mrs. Lelea Shipp and . Neu-man Neu-man C. Petty. Other survivors include a sister, Vilate C. Prince of St. George and a brother, James Cottam, Veyo. Mrs. Belnap was born Nov. 8, 1916. She married LeGrand L. Belnap July 1 1937 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She is survived by her husband, hus-band, Salt Lake City; children, Mrs. Wesley (Barbara) Sine, Mrs. Lyle (Arlene) .Waldron, LeGrand Jr., Jayne, all Salt Lake City, and her father, Charles B. Petty. PETTY Funeral services were held In Salt Lake City Wednesday, Aug. 3 for former Cedar City residents who 'were 'two of three killed in a one-car accident acci-dent one-mile east of Virgin on July 28. Services for Maggie Cottam Petty, 85, and for her daughter, daugh-ter, Utahna P. Belnap, were held seperately in Salt Lake City and burial for both was in the Sunset Lawns Cemetery.
