Market was strong and a good demand for livestock. Utility Cows $20 to $23.25 cwt. Canner and cutter cows $16.50 to $20 cwt. Heavy slaughter bulls, 1285 to 2200 lbs. $25 to $25.50 cwt. Calvey cows $225 to $250 each Cow and calf pairs $245 pair Good quality steers, 670 to 700 lbs. $30 to $32.25 cwt. Whiteface steers, 500 to 600 lbs., $31.60 to $35.60 cWt. Holstein steers, 550 to 650 lbs., $26.25 to $29.30 cwt. Fair quality holstein steers, 735 lbs., $25.50 cwt Steer calves, 300 to 350 lbs $41.70 to $46. cwt.
