Show Educators gather to discuss new innovations Innovations in .school programs pro-grams will be discussed by administrators from Utah's largest school district in the Southern Ulah State College Keeital Hall on Thursday, March ! at 7 i. m. Dr. llarol.l Ilandley, dii."ct-or dii."ct-or of Secondary Education; Dr. lieho Tliorum, director of Educational Edu-cational Services, and Dr. Ralph Riches, director of Elementary Ele-mentary Education, all from the (Jranite School District in the Salt Lake City area, will present many revolutionary teaching methods and innovations, innova-tions, which have been incorporated incor-porated by their district, to the SUSC Student Education Association. Dr. Robert Moss, professor in the Department of Education Educa-tion at SUSC, will moderate tlie discussion, which is being presented by the SEA at the college. Tlie purpose of the meeting is to highlight the effects that new methods are creating in schools. Also, to demonstrate their implications for students preparing to teach, according to program chairman, Janice Smith, Salt Lake City. The public is invited to attend. |
