Show ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION POR-TION OF 450 WEST STREET IN CEDAR CITY, UTAH, BETWEEN BE-TWEEN CENTER STREET AND HARDING AVENUE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OOUNCIL OF CEDAR CITY, CI-TY, UTAH: Section 1: That upon notice and public hearing duly held as required toy the Ordinances of Cedar City, Utah and the laws of the State of Utah, and it being found and determined toy the City Council of Cedar City, Utah, pursuant to the foregoing procedures, that it Is in the best interest of the City, the following portion of 450 West Street in Cedar City Utah, is hereby vacated, abandoned and closed: Beginning at a point which is North 89 feet from the North edge of the exist-ing exist-ing North walk on Center Streeet and running North 310 feet. Section 2: This Ordinance Shall become effective Twenty (20) days after publication or Thirty (30) days after its passage, pass-age, whichever of said dates is the most remote from final passage.
