Simmons president of Zions First National Bank in Salt Lake City will be the featured speaker at the annual an-nual Lincoln Day Banquet sponsored by the Cedar Livestock Live-stock Association. The banquet, open to the public, will be held Saturday, Feb. 12 at the Sugar Loaf Cafe (beginning at 7:30 pm That afternoon a seminar will be held at the Auditorium Lounge for members of the As-soclation As-soclation and interested residents. resi-dents. Special guests at the seminar will be Ray Stapley of Salt Lake City, president of the Utah Woolgrowers Association As-sociation and other officers of the state organization. A special movie produced by the Woolgrowers Association will also be presented, according accord-ing to Dick Clark, president of the Cedar City group. Simmons has long been prominent in banking interests inter-ests of the state and has been particularly active in development devel-opment and changes in the livestock industry. Tickets for the annual event are now on sale by officers of the sheepman's organization. |
