Show SUMMIT HEWS NOTES day last week. Mrs. Helen Matheson and Mrs. Virgie Mickelson spent the weekend in Mesquite and Las Vegas, Nev. They were ac- Mrs. Donna Davenport Mrs. Vern Gillman and grandson Mark Chipman of Pleasant Grove spent several days here last week with Mrs. Gillman's daughters, Mrs. Ted Fife and Mrs. Lyle Farrow and families. Friday, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Fife and Mrs. Lyle Farrow traveled to Salt Lake City and Pleasant Grove to visit with Mrs. Gillman and other family members. Mr. and Mrs. Arden Richards spent the weekend visiting in Las Vegas with their son-in-law and daughter. Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Glaser. Miss Annette Edwards of Greenville was a guest of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Smith one companied by their nieces, Miss Geraldine White and Miss Shirlynn White, Mr. and Mrs. Don White of Mesquite, parents of Geraldine joined them for the trip on to Las Vegas. Mr. and Mrs. Quenton Bowler Bow-ler visited in Moab over the weekend. Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Walker visited in St. George Saturday with Mrs. Itha Dalley. Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Dalley also visited there recently. Mr. adn Mrs, Raymond Farrow Far-row spent Saturday in St. George Geo-rge and Gunlock. Others here who enjoyed trips to St. George and Hprri-cane Hprri-cane last weekend were. Mr. and Mrs. Jay Davenport, Mrs. Fred Whicker and sons and they were joined by Mrs. Dannie Condie and sons of Cedar City. Mr. and Mrs. Otto Dalley also visited in Hurricane. Hur-ricane. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Hartshorn Harts-horn and family arrived here Sunday from Chandler, Ariz. Michael Stapley wag here from Provo to spend the weekend week-end with his parents. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Stapley. Mr. and Mrs. William Brown and family members of Lup-ton, Lup-ton, Ariz, were here to spend the weekend with the Lyle Farrows. Their son Edward who hag just completed an LDS mission gave a report here Sunday. He was a foster son of the Farrows during his twelve years with the Indian Placement programs. |
