Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED DE-SCRIBED PROPERTY will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 16th day of FEBRUARY, 1971, at 1:30 p. m. at the front door of the Iron County Courthouse at Parovvan, Utah, in the County of Iron, by Security Title Company of Southern Utah as Trustees under a deed of trust executed by Arthur Dexter Fitze.rald and Marv Fitzgerald his wife, as Trustors, and recorded re-corded on the 9th day of April, 19G9. as Instrument No. 152163 in Book No. 144 at Pages 325 to 327 inclusive, of the Official Offi-cial Records in the Office of the County Recorder of Iron County, Utah, to secure an indebtedness in-debtedness in favor of The Loekhart Company, a Utah Corporation, by reason of a breach of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of said default was recorded on the 25th day of September, 1970, In Book No. 155 at Page 596 of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, payabalo in lawful money of the United States at the time of said sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described real property in Iron County. State of Utah, to-wit: All of Lot 13, Cedar Breaks Mountain Estates, Unit A, according t0 the official plat 1 hereof, recorded in the office of-fice of the County Recorder ! of Iron County. Utah, recorded record-ed .March 1, 19G2, for the purpose of paying the obligations secured by said deed of trust, including fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, Trus-tee, advances, if any, under the terms of said deed, interest inter-est thereon and unpaid principal prin-cipal of the note secured by said deed of trust, with interest inter-est thereon as in said note and by law provided, and for Trustee's Trus-tee's fees and for attorney fees as bv law provided.
