Show Alice Tuckett tops women bowlers with 585 high series Alice Tucket walked off with high honors in the Queen's Pin Bowling league this past week with a 215 game and 565 series. Her 565 series was tops for women's leagues during the week. Team highs in the Queen's Pin league were rolled by North East Furniture and included in-cluded a 782 game and 2251 series. In the Thursday Coffee league it was Betty Duty with the top scores of 179 and 472. The Alley Oats had a 610 game and 1762 series to lead in the team efforts. In the Alley Katz league Donna Jolley rolled a 224 for the top game and Elaine Av-erett Av-erett posted series honors with a 512. Mrs. Jolley also had a 504 series. D. W. Corry team rolled a 859 game and 2121 series for team bests. Karen Alger had a 225 for the top game in the Strike-ette Strike-ette League and Dian Cum-mings Cum-mings rolled a 550 for' series honors. Mrs. Cummings had a 214 game in her series and Carol Browning was dose behind be-hind in both departments with a 213 game and a 540 series. Other 500 series included a 521 by Todd Lambert, a 515 by Karen Alger, a 514 by Pat Hey-borne Hey-borne and a 500 by Ruby Webster. Web-ster. Cummings Electric swept the team highs with a 867 game and 2191 series. In the Monday's Couple league Ross Berry had the top game, a 211, and series honors were shared bv Ralph Webb and Klien Hollo with 552 efforts. In team competition competi-tion Pat and Klien Rollo had the high game of 425 and series honors went to Louise and Howard Savage with a 1210. |
