Show "Estate Planning" clinic scheduled at SUSC Feb. 1 1 A clinic on "Estate Planning" Plan-ning" is scheduled to begin at Southern Utah State College Feb. 11 at 9:30 a.m. in thr Auditorium Building Conference Confer-ence Room, it was announced by J. Lynn Uibel, coordinator of Public Services at SUSC. .Morning workshop will include in-clude discussions on common problems of estate transferring transferr-ing such as gifts, wills an trusts, and deeds and joint tenancy. Afternoon meetings will deal with talks on "How to Avoid Probate" and "How to Avoid Family Problems in the Transfer of Farm Property." Workshops on estate planning will be conducted during the afternoon followed by an evaluation eva-luation session. Guest speakers at the sessions sess-ions will be Brett F. Paulson, ' attorney, Moffat, Iverson and ' Taylor firm of Salt Lake City. and Peter K. Ellison, trust of .ficer, Zions First National I Bank, Salt Lake City. |
