Show Traffic and accident investigation school under way at SUSC For the second consecutive year a Traffic and Accident Investigation School U being conducted at Southern Utah , State College for Utah law enforcement officers, it was announced by J. Lynn Uibel. coordinator of Public Services at the college. The course is conducted for the Utah Department De-partment of Public Safety. Stressing the physical and technical aspects of accident investigation, the school provides pro-vides detailed instruction using us-ing actual case histories as examples. Accident prevention through law enforcement will be a major topic brought be-foe be-foe the group. Conducting the course will be James Kecne representing, the Field Service Division of he Nothwestern Unlverrsity Traffic Institute. He has been affiliated with the agency since 1962. He graduated from the Northwestern Traffic Pol-1 ice Administration Traiing Program in 1958 following ser- vice as a traffic specialist and staff officer to the Chief of Police on the Alexandria, Virginia Vir-ginia Police Department. A total of 28 law enforce- ' J ment officers from throughout the state are attending the school, which began Feb. 1, hlr. Uibel boid. 1 |
