Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Iron County, State of Utah throughout the entire year unless un-less otherwise designated. Locations Lo-cations in SLB&M. a-6626 (19-170) United States of America, Bureau of Land Management P. O. Box 729, Cedar City, Utah 84720 proposes to change the place of use of .011 sec. ft. andor 11.20 ac. ft. of water as evidenced evid-enced by W.U.C. No. 170, page 81 and proposes determination of water rights in the Great Salt Lake Drainage, Hamblin Valley Div. The water has I been diverted from Pine Creek I Spring at a point S. 1540 ft. 1 and W. 1180 ft. from the NE J Cor. Sec. 31, T32S, R19W; and used for the supplemental 5 stockwatering of 400 cattle in Sec. 31, T32S, R19W. Hereafter, .011 sec. ft. and ., or 11.20 ac. ft. of water is to ' be diverted same as heretofore. hereto-fore. The water is to be stored stor-ed in an earthfilled dam 6 ft. s high creating a reservoir hav-"i hav-"i ing a .5 ac. ft. capacity in- undating .2 acs. in SWSE& Sec. 26, NWSW Sec. 35, I and used same as heretofore in SEUNE Sec. 31, NESE4 Sec. 33, NESE, NWftNEK Sec. 34; NWSWi Sec. 35; SWiSE Sec. 26, all in T32S, R19W. a-6628 (73-2192) Robert and Alene DeMille, Rt. No. 1, Box 100, Cedar City, Utah 84720 proposes to change the point of diversion, place, and nature na-ture of use of 1.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by a deeded deed-ed portion of A-15650-a, a-4323 a-4323 (73-2140). The water has been diverted from five 14-inch 14-inch wells, 150-500 ft. deep at the following points: (1) N. 630 ft. and E. 740 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 8. (2) N. 1650 ft. and W. 650 ft. from SV Cor. Sec. 8. (3) N. 350 ft.' and W. 1810 ft. from Cor. Sec. 8. (4) S. 1580 ft. and E. 170 ft. from Ntf Cor. Sec. 8. (5) S. 50 ft. and E. 1260 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 9; all in T35S, R10W; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of .25 ac. in NE, EV2SW, SWNW-NSWi, SWNW-NSWi, SWV4SW14 Sec. 8, NW&NW& Sec. 9, T35S, R10W. Hereafter, 1.0 ac. ft. of water wat-er is to be diverted from a 8-inch 8-inch well 150-350 ft. deep at a point E. 1400 ft. and N. 50 ft. from the SW Cor. Sec. 32, T35S, R11W; and used for the domestic purposes of one fam- ily, and used from 'Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of .0675 acs. in SESW Sec. 32, T35S, R11W. a-6629 (71-1802) Floyd rJ Eekins, Newcastle, Utah 84756 proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 532 ac. ft. of water out of a total of 552.8 as evidenced by Seg. appl. 12510-a Ch. Appl. a-3058 (71-1802). The waterl has been diverted from a 18-' inch well 300 ft. deep at a! point N. 55 ft. and E. 1805 ft. from the SW Cor. Sec. 10 T35S. R15W. and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation irri-gation of 138.2 acs. in SW Sec. 10, T35S, R15W. Hereafter, 532 ac. ft. of water wat-er is to be diverted from a 16-inrh 16-inrh well 480 ft. deep at a point S. 1320 ft. and E. 660 ft. from the NW Cor. Sec. 11, T30S, R16W; and used same as heretofore for the supplemental supple-mental Irrigation of 660.2 acs. but limited to the sole supply of 133 acs. In S'iNEVi, NW, SE'i, N'SWU Sec. 3, NE4 Sec. 10, Ntt, NWSEtt, NEV4-SW NEV4-SW Sec. 11. T3GS, R16 W. The remaining water will be used same as heretofore. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114 on or before Oct. 30, 1971.
