Show Funeral services Tuesday for G. Orieon Webb Funeral services were held ;on Tuesday of this week in the Third Ward chapel here for George Orieon Webb 63, who died early Sunday in the Valley View Medical Center. The services were held at 2 , p. m. with Bishop Hyatt Bent-j Bent-j ley conducting and with Mrs. Itha Mortensen at the organ I for prelude and postlude music. Speaker was Elmer Lowe, with remarks by Bishop Bent-, ley. The family prayer was offered of-fered by Marvin Skougaard, Charles Bentley offered the invocation, in-vocation, Gary Bentley pronounced pro-nounced the benediction and the dedication of the grave in the Parowan City cemetery, was by Arthur Joseph. Musical numbers were by 1 ladies quartet, consisting of 'anet Jones, Katrine Johnson, 'ackio Robinson and Merna Mitchell, who sang "Home on 'he Range" and "Crossing the 3ar". Itha Mortensen was ac-, 'ompanist. pallbearers were Marv in i ind Charles Dennis Skoug- j lard, Lewis Benson, Chester , Ward, Sam Pritchard and Jay Moore. Flowers were carried I by relatives. The deceased was born in arowan Aug. 5, 1908 to leorge W. and Sarah Estel-a Estel-a Wimmer Webb and spent 'lis entire life here where he worked with livestock. He had Ven married and divorced, ind was a member of the LDS Church. I He is survived by a daugh Iter., Kathleen, Philadelphia; a j sister, Mrs. Lor in (Sarah Skougaard, Parowan. |
