Show Funeral services in New Harmony for Janette L. Voolsey Funeral services were held Saturday, May 8, In the New Harmony Ward Chapel for Janette Lemmon Woolsey, 77, who died May 6 In the Valley View Medical Clinic of natural natur-al causes, She was born Dec. 30, 1893 in Central. Ariz., to George Washington and Mary Jane Woolsey Lemmon. She married mar-ried Groer Hopkins, June 1919, divorced, Married Martin Owen Woolsey, Oct. 5. 1922 in Panaca, Nev. and the marriage mar-riage was later solemnized in the St. George LDS Temple. He died, Jan. 19, 1945. Speakers at the services included in-cluded Berl Gordon and Marlon Mar-lon Prince with an obituary by Louis Smith and remarks by Bp. Vivian Prince who conducted. Family prayer was offered by Guy H. Gillespie, Invocation by Arnold LaMont Lemmon, benediction by Lee Gordon and the dedication of the grave at the New Harmony Harm-ony cemetery was by J. L. Condie. Musical numbers Included a vocal solo by DeLila Whitney Whit-ney accompanied by Lorna Gower, a vocal solo by Harold Har-old Butcher and a musical selection by the New Harmony Ward Singing Mothers. Prelude Pre-lude and postlude music was by Marilyn Prince. Mrs. Woolsey is survived by sons and daughters: Edwin L., Salt Lake City; David L., Fairfield, Fair-field, Calif.; Mrs. Marion (Theima) MeMullin, St. George; Mrs. Delbert (Bern-ice) (Bern-ice) Peterson, Caliente, Nev.; Mrs. Louis (Sarah) Smith, Kearns; Mrs. Thello (Laura Dawn) Lambeth. Cedar City. Also surviving are 21 grandchildren, grand-children, 50 great-grandchildren, a brother. Leonard LeRoy, San Bernadino, Calif.; and sisters, Mrs. Charlotte Ann Pearce, Los Angeles, Calif.; Mrs. Blanche Rollins, St. George; Mrs. Henrietta All-mark, All-mark, Salt Lake City. . . |
