Show j NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Iron County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless un-less otherwise designated. Locations Lo-cations in SLB&M. a-6522 Elton E. & Rosina G. Richard, Rt.- Bx 69 Ce-darr Ce-darr City, Utah 84720 proposes to correct the place of use of 98.20 ac. ft. of water as evidenced evi-denced by UGW Claims 10819 ( 73 - 180) and 15650 - a (73-2124), as amendeded by a-4453 & a-5324. The water has been diverted from a 10-in. wen, q;xi ii. aoep ai a point i. 40 ft. E. 1350 ft, from SW Cor. Sec. 11, T35S, RllW; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for supplemental sup-plemental irrigation of 26.07 acres but limited to sole supply sup-ply of 24.55 acres within SE-HSW14 SE-HSW14 Sec. 11, T35S, RllW. Hereafter 98.20 ac. ft. of water wa-ter is to be diverted from same as heretofore and used same as heretofore within E'iSWU Sec. 11, T35S, RllW. a-6523 ( 73 2187) Wilford R. Fife, 396 W. 200 S., St. George, Utah 81770 proposes to change the point of diversion of 33.42 ac. ft. out of a total of 214.06 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by UGW Claim 11599 (73-260). The water has been diverted from a 14-in. well, 265 ft. deep at a point N. 25 ft. E 200 ft. from S'i Cor. Sec. 21. T35S. RllW; and used for stockwat-ering stockwat-ering of 200 sheep and 5 cattle and from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for supplemental Irrigation of 51.40 acres but limited to sole supply of 53.20 acres within E'iSW'4. SW4SE4 Sec. 21, T35S, RllW. Hereafter 33.42 ac. ft. of wat-er wat-er will be diverted from an existing 12-in. well, 180 ft. deep at a point N. 18 ft E. 336 ft. from S'i Cor. Sec. 21, T35S, RllW; and used for stockwat-ering stockwat-ering of 50 sheep and 5 cattle and from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for irrigation of 8.25 acres within SWUSE'i Sec. 21, T35S, RllW. The remaining water will be used as heretfore. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed fil-ed In duplicate with the State Engineer, 412 State Capitol Salt Lake City, Utah 81114 on or before June 26, 1971.
