The remaining re-maining water will he used as heretofore. a-6043 Gurr Farms Company, Parowan, Utah proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use cf 59.76 ac.-ft. out of a total of 240.26 ac.-ft. of water as evidenced evi-denced by Water User's Claims Nos. 75-661, 75-662, 75-663 and 75-664 in the Parowan Valley Proposed Determination of Water Rights. Hereafter, 59.76 ac.-ft. of water is to be diverted from a 12-in. well 200-400 ft. deep at a point N. 575 ft. W. 2695 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 34, T35S, R9W; and used for domestic purposes of 162 families in SEM Sec. 34, T35S, R9W; WV2 NE1, NWV4SE14. NEUSW1, SE'iNW Sec. 34, T35S, R9W. Jones, Rt. 1 Cedar City, Utah proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 640.0 ac.-ft. ac.-ft. of water as evidenced by App. 36656 (73-1503). The water wa-ter was to have been diverted from a 16-in. well 200-600 ft. deep at a point N. 658 ft. W. 18 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 30, T34S, R10W; and used for domestic purposes of 2 families, fami-lies, stockwatering of 500 cattle, cat-tle, 1000 sheep, 10 horses, and from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 supplemental sup-plemental irrigation of 320.0 ' acsj,riimited to the sole supply sup-ply of 160.0 acs. All uses in SVsNEVi, SE, EWSWA. Sec. 30, T34S, R10W; SNE, SE Y SENW, NESW, Sec. 31, T34S, R10W. Hereafter, 640.0 ac.-ft. of water wa-ter is to be diverted from a 16-in. 16-in. well 460 ft. deep at a point N. 670 ft. W. 30 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 30, T34S, R10W; and used for domestic purposes of 2 families, stockwatering of 500 cattle, 1000 sheep, 10 horses, hors-es, and from Mar 15 to Oct. 31 supplemental irrigation of 305.70 acs., limited to the sole supply of 160.0 acs. All uses in NWSE, ESW, SV2 SE Sec. 31, NEV4, SENW, NWVi se, ne&.sw, sy2 SE Sec. 30, NE&, SENW, NWViSEVi, NE&SW, SYs SE& Sec. 31, T34S, R10W. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114 on or before Mar. 21, 1970.
