' ' ' . i j ji siij ' n'i'py " ' - P Im't h h :h ty:Jy::y t$i&k Elder LeGrande Richards, member of the Council of Twelve Apostles of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will be in Cedar City this week to dedicate the more than one-half million dollar Cedar Stake Center and Cedar Ce-dar Fifth and Tenth Ward Chapel. Dedication ceremonies will be held Sunday, Feb. 21 at 2 p. m. at the Stake Center located lo-cated at 140 East 400 South. The Church authority will fill a two-fold responsibility as he will address the gathering gather-ing of the Cedar Stake at quarterly conference in the same building earlier Sunday. General Session is at 10 a. m. Elder Richards will also meet with other church leaders lead-ers in special sessions of the conference slated Saturday afternoon af-ternoon and evening. President A. E. Whateott ! indicated that the public is : cordially invited to attend the general session of the conference confer-ence and the dedication program. pro-gram. Ground for the $516,000 edifice edi-fice was broken on May 16, 1968 and construction began on June 7, 1968.
