Show Howard A. Stokes Feted Prior To Moving Residence Mr. and Mrs. Howard A. Stokes who have resided in Cedar City for the past 12 years have been extensively entertained by their friends before their departure to Ogden, where they will make a new home. Mrs. Ervin Brunson entertained entertain-ed at breakfast for Mrs. Stokes and invited Miss Sarah Macfar-lane Macfar-lane and Mrs. Beatrice Brunson for a morning of visiting. Friday evening Mr. and Mrs. Henry Bulloch invited Mr. and Mrs. Stokes to dinner at Milt's Stage Stop follnv.ed by the theatre. thea-tre. I Monday evening Ray's Cafe was the scene for a farewell gathering of the Amity Club of which Mrs. Stokes is a member.! Also honored honor-ed during the evening were Mr. and Mrs. Carlos Murdock who will make their home in Beaver as of Monday of next week.
