Street Oiling Project During the past summer many property owners have installed curb and gutter In front of their property, and iurin the past month many -others have -taken steps to o3 surface the strip between the center oil surfacing of the street and the curb and gutter. These projects undertaken by property owners as individuals in-dividuals or In groups, have made tremendous improvement improve-ment in the streets when they have been completed. And as a result, it Is expected that many others will continue with similar projects as long as weather permits. : These projects, located in all sections of the city, emphasize em-phasize the importance of the proposed city-wide curb nd putter and street oiling project announced recently 2y Mayor.Axnold.
