Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following Applications have been filed with the State Engineer to Change and Appropriate Appro-priate water in Iron County, State of Utah, throughout the en-, tire year, unless otherwise desig-, nated. All locations are in SLB-&M. SLB-&M. To Chang I a-4683 - B. B. & Frances E. Gilliam, Gil-liam, P. O. Box 491, Westminster, Calif., proposes to change the' point of diversion, place and na-! ture of use of 9.58 ac.-ft. of wat-1 er evidenced by Water Users Claim No. 183, Escalante Valley Adjudication. The wu.r has been diverted from a well at a point N. 1280 ft. and E. 70 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 14, T36S, R17W, and used for the stock-watering stock-watering of 1500 sheep, 10 head of cattle and six horces and for the domestic purposes of 1 family, fam-ily, all uses in Sec. 14, T36S, R1TW. Hereafter the 9.58 ac.-ft. of water is to be diverted from an 8 to 10-in. 10-in. well from 250 ft. to 350 ft. deep at a point E. 150 ft. and N. 150 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 4, T37S, R16W, and used for the domestic requirements of 2 families, for the stockwatering of 140 head of cattle cat-tle and the irrigation of 1 acre. Box 753, Cedar City, Ut., proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 3 sec.-ft. of water evidenced by Application No. 24547 (73-790), Cedar City Valley Adjudication. The water was to have been diverted from a 16-in. well from 250 to 300 ft. deep at a point S. 1800 ft. and E. 2500 ft, from NW Cor. Sec. 31, T36S, R11W, and used for the domestic requirements of 1 family, fam-ily, the watering of 6 head of cattle, 2500 sheep and 5 horses and from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental irrigation of 200 acres. All uses in NWK Sec. 31, T36S, R11W, SEVi Sec. 25, T36S, R12W. Hereafter the 3 sec.-ft of water wat-er is to be diverted from a 16-ln. well from 200 to 400 ft. deep at a point S. 2590 ft. and W. 2420 ft i from EVi Cor. Sec. 25. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of any of the above applications applica-tions with reasons therefor must be filed In duplicate with the Stale Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Ut, on or before October 9, 1965.
