Show ROUND TABLE CLUB The last meeting of the sea -1 son was held for members of the morning Round Table Club, Wednesday, August 25th at the Leila Whatoott home with Brenda Durrar.t as lesson chairman. Mrs. Durant presented an outstanding book report on "A House of Many Rooms" by Rodela Hunter. The story depicted the lives of an early mormon family. The club event was a fitting climax to the season's work by group members. A guest for the session was Alice Lunt. Outgoing officers Romona Munford, Ethel Neelely and Zel-ma Zel-ma Lunt turned their duties over to newly elected officers before the meeting was adjorned until next summer. Leila Whatcott will officiate as president while Nellie Painter will serve as vice president and Mattie Booth as secretary and treasurer. Sablna Wood was ejain given the honor as club historian and reporter, a job she has held for the past five years. Mrs. Wood Is the only charter member of the Round Table Ta-ble Club. |
