Show Joe Ward to Labor in Scottish LDS Mission A farewell testimonial for Joseph Jo-seph Jorgenson Ward will be held Sunday at 6:30 p. m. in the Cedar Seventh Ward Chapel. Friends and relatives have been extended a cordial invitation to attend. Ward, who is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Parker Ward, has been called to serve in the Scottish Mission field. He will enter the mission home in Salt Lake City on September 6 for a week of special training before embarking embark-ing for his field of labor on Sept. 13. The missionary Is a graduate of Cedar High School and has attended at-tended College of Southern Utah for the past year. At Cedar High he was active in athletics. Ward served as freshman class president at CSU, was chairman of the school's election last spring and has always been active in drama. Speakers at Sunday's testimon-I testimon-I lal will be Joseph E. Ward and . I C SU Dean Willard Tingey. Re-, Re-, ! marks will be made by Bp. Ro- bert II. Linford, by (lie parents of the missionary, as well as a response from the missionary.
